EVECCS members and joint VECCS/EVECCS members
During registration, members will be asked to ratify their membership by entering their membership number.  Your joint VECCS/EVECCS membership number will be on your membership e-mail. You can also find this on your personal profile in the login area of Your EVECCS only membership number should be e-mailed out to you in January. If you do not have your membership number please e-mail the treasurer of EVECCS at to request it.

All registrations and credit card payment
EVECC Congress delegate registrations are online and we expect credit card payment at the time of booking. Should you have any queries about payment method please e-mail the congress secretariat:

Payment is due at the time of registration, registration is only valid valid on receipt of payment. Payment can be made by a secured online credit card transaction. Upon receipt of your completed registration form and payment, you will receive an automated written confirmation e-mail of your registration. All payments should be made in EUROS (€). Personal cheques and foreign currency are not accepted. More information about payment procedure can be found in the on-line registration form.

Please note registrations are VAT liable but your company may be able to claim the VAT back, if your place of work is funding you. In the registration module you have the option to fill an invoice address. Please use your company details here, including the company VAT number and/or PO number. VAT liability is depending on the country where the congress takes place, so always inform on forehand if this is not clearly stated on the website. 

Cancellation and refunds
The Congress Secretariat ( must be notified in writing in case of cancellations. Cancellation on or before 15 April 2024: payment will be refunded after the conference minus an administration fee of 50%. For cancellations made after this date: no refunds will be made. 
Exchange rate differences and bank charges will also be deducted.

The above cancellation policy will also be applicable if you are not able to join the congress onsite in Gothenburg due to a covid-19 infection. In this instance we will make sure you get access to the online recordings of the congress. 

Late registrations for the online congress
Registration remains open during and after the live congress, but please note that the congress secretariat manually imports your details to the congress platform (in due time). We will be uploading all new bookings as soon as possible but please take into account some processing time especially during evenings, night hours and in the weekends. 

In order to register for the congress please register online and be sure to also select your additional events on the second page. Then click ‘submit’  to finish your registration.

Upon receipt of your completed registration form and online payment, you will receive an automatic email confirmation of your registration.
