Start your day with yoga with Chiara!

Every morning, Chiara will take you on a yoga “journey” of an hour.

She’ll start with a short, guided meditation and breathing exercises ( pranayama) depending on the theme of the lesson to ground.  Then attention will be paid to gentle yoga postures (restorative and yin yoga asanas) to relieve tension from the body and turn your attention within. Be surprised! Feel welcome!

Yoga mats will be provided and are available on first come first serve basis, please feel free to bring your own!

Welfare & Well-being Sensory-Friendly Quiet Area / Meditation Room

A sensory-friendly meditation room is available for all congress delegates. This quiet space is designed to offer a calm, low-stimulus environment where you can step away from the busy congress setting.

Dimmed lighting and  a soft, relaxing peaceful atmosphere to support relaxation, meditation, or quiet reflection. Yoga mats and blankets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, and delegates are welcome to bring their own mats if preferred.

All delegates are welcome to use this space at any time to rest, reset, and find a moment of calm. However, please note that in the morning this area is used for yoga classes from 07:30 - 08:30
