Sara Ho-Le

Sara completed her veterinary nursing diploma after passing the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) examinations in 2011. After several years in clinical practice, she gained RCVS clinical coach status and began mentoring student veterinary nurses during their clinical placements. This experience sparked her passion for training, development, and supporting veterinary nurses to achieve their full potential.

In 2015, Sara moved to Australia, where she has continued to work across a range of clinical settings, including first-opinion practices, specialist centres, university teaching hospitals, and not-for-profit organisations. Alongside her clinical work, she completed the Certificate in Emergency and Critical Care Veterinary Nursing (CertVNECC) in 2019 and went on to achieve Veterinary Technician Specialist (VTS) credentials in Emergency and Critical Care in 2022.

Sara is currently the Training and Development Coordinator at Melbourne’s largest not-for-profit veterinary hospital, and founder of Emergency Veterinary Education aka EVE, where she focuses on making ECC education more accessible and empowers veterinary nurses to grow their knowledge and confidence in this challenging but rewarding field.
