Registration process and information

EVECCS members and joint VECCS/EVECCS members
During registration, members will be asked to ratify their membership by entering their membership number.  Your joint VECCS/EVECCS membership number will be on your membership e-mail. You can also find this on your personal profile in the login area of VECCS.org. Your EVECCS only membership number should be e-mailed out to you in January. If you do not have your membership number please e-mail the treasurer of EVECCS at treasurer@eveccs.org to request it.

Non-members
Why don’t you consider taking advantage of reduced congress registration fees, by becoming an EVECCS member, to do this please go to: www.eveccs.org

All registrations and credit card payment
EVECC Congress delegate registrations are online and we expect credit card payment at the time of booking. Should you have any queries about payment method please e-mail the congress secretariat: info@evecc-congress.org

VAT
Please note registrations are VAT liable but you may be able to claim the VAT back if your place of work is funding you. In the registration module you have the option to fill an invoice address. Please use your company details here, including the company VAT number and/or PO number. 

Registrations:
In order to register for the congress please register online and be sure to also select your additional events on the second page. Then click ‘submit’  to finish your registration.

Upon receipt of your completed registration form and credit card payment, you will receive an automatic email confirmation of your registration.
Once your registration is complete – waste no time and start booking your travel and accommodation – and if you need any help please go to our venue page.
